Crossbow Hunting clinic to be offered this Sunday by MDC

The Missouri Department of Conservation is offering a free virtual clinic about hunting with crossbows this Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The crossbow, an ancient form or archery is enjoying new popularity as a tool for hunting and target shooting. MDC staff will discuss crossbow types, features, and hunting considerations. The online presentation will include demonstrations of crossbow loading and shooting. Trouble shooting and safety tips will also be offered.

The clinic is open to all ages and registration is required.  Visit short.mdc.mo.gov to register.
